• Responsible in Solution design & Technical Sales Management of IN, VAS and Billing
• Develop detail technical aspects / solutions to customers and partners
• Responsible for generating proposals and quotations; presenting and articulating proposal to customer
• Develop and maintain close marketing and sales relationship
• Work closely with account managers and be the primary liaison person for providing related information, and addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
• Help customers identify their issues, needs and requirements.
• Ability to lead and provide on job training to Mid-Level Engineers

Must possess

• Strong knowledge on Charging System 3.0 nodes installation (SDP, AIR, VS & MINSAT)
• Strong Knowledge on Tariff handling for charging System 3.0 including the pertinent AIR configuration
• Knowledge on 2nd line support for SDP, AIR, VS & MINSAT (handling Planned Activity Request & Change Request)
• Knowledge IP network environment, Solaris Operating System 9, Shell Scripting
• Knowledge on generating proposals & quotations, presenting & articulating proposals to customers
• Knowledge on Technical Sales Management & Bidding Management Excellent communication and writing Skills
